The Philadelphia Business Journal featured partners Core Development and HostAid’s plans to expand boutique group stay properties in Philadelphia. The Diplomat in Old City, which will be opening this winter, and the recently launched Artisan in Northern Liberties were both highlighted in the article.

Core Development Principal George Kyrtsis shared some insights on the strategy behind these developments:

“We wanted to create a niche where we don't actually compete with hotels, so very different than [apartment-style] Sonders or hotels," said Kyrtsis, who along with his hospitality background has also worked in film, including with Oscar-nominated director Baz Luhrmann.
