Exciting New Amenities Launched at 4213 Chester Avenue

Core Property Management has completed brand new amenity spaces at 4213 Chester Avenue, located next to Clark Park in the heart of University City.

Residents can now enjoy beautifully designed community spaces, including a fully equipped Fitness and Wellness Center, a modern Co-Working hub, a stylish Dining and Kitchen area, and a vibrant Club Room with a Media Lounge — all crafted to foster community, wellness, and connection.

Since opening, these spaces have been incredibly well-received by our existing residents and have helped drive strong new lease activity.

Originally serving students from the University of the Sciences, 4213 Chester has successfully evolved into a dynamic home for a broader community, welcoming young professionals and others drawn to University City’s thriving energy.
